Refinance Mortgage

I offered the exact asking price on 2 different short sale homes today. What are my chances of the bank accepting at least one of the offers
and how long does it or could it take to respond to these offers. I know nothing if exact, but a rough typical estimate would be nice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I was told putting in offers on 2 seperate houses was ok. I could easily decline my offer on one. (Just a response to the 1st person who answered my question). i was told by my realtor.

Do you have a plan of action if both are accepted? You signed two legal contracts. You could be sued for non-performance.

Is it going to be more difficult to secure a 800K Commercial Building loan than say 6 months ago? I will be in the market for that kind of loan in the next week or two and haven’t a feel for the market right now.

Commercial loans have not taken the same hits as residential. Underwriting for residential loans had become beyond ridiculous allowing everyone to get a loan, whether they could make the payments or not.

Commercial lending has been constant in its criteria, thus it has remained stable.
